SHIPPING OFFER EXCLUSIONS: Free shipping offer not available for orders containing standard media, custom media, large freight/LTL items, palleted freight items, Memjet printheads, some sale items, or items discounted through customer special pricing.

Free shipping is provided by either UPS or FedEx. Free shipping is only offered for ground shipments to the continental USA. Shipments to AK, HI, international locations, or expedited shipping will incur additional costs. Larger items are shipped in large boxes or pallets by FedEx freight or another LTL service.

Residential delivery for freight / LTL requires additional charges. Deliveries requiring lift gate service incur additional charges. If any of these additional charges apply, you will be notified before your order is processed. Freight/LTL-delivered items may not qualify for free shipping. Chicago Color Label reserves the right to decide which products qualify for free shipping which may or may not be included in the list above.

NOTE: ACTUAL SHIPPING SERVICES (FedEx or UPS) MAY BE SUBSTITUTED AND MAY DIFFER FROM THAT SELECTED AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT. CHICAGO COLOR LABEL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE SHIPPING COMPANIES AS NEEDED.

SAME DAY SHIPPING POLICY

Timely processing and delivery of your order is essential to our customer service philosophy.  We make every attempt to ship orders the same day they are received, but some exceptions apply:

  • Afinia Consumables (Inks, Printheads) – Same-day shipping for in-stock items ordered before 1 PM CST.
  • Afinia Printers & Other Hardware – Next-day shipping if ordered before 10 AM CST (Freight items require 24-hour bench-testing and packing).
  • Epson Inks, Accessories, Printers & Hardware – Same-day shipping for in-stock items ordered before 12 PM CST.
  • VIP Consumables (Inks, Printheads) – Ship within 48 hours for in-stock items
  • VIP Printers & Other Hardware – Shipping within 72 hours if ordered before 10 AM CST (Freight items require up to 48 hours for bench-testing and packing).
  • All Other Items – Shipping within 48 hours for in-stock items.

Yes, we can ship to residential addresses. However, the following restrictions may apply:

      • Some residential deliveries may not qualify for free shipping due to additional fees charged by FedEx.
      • Large items may require LTL shipments which require a dock to unload or a lift gate if no dock is available. These are typically larger trucks that are unable to fit down some residential streets. Please contact us if your shipment is large and your delivery area may be restricted.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes. Please provide a valid street address when ordering.

We do not have a will call area for local pickups. However, under special circumstances, we may be able to arrange for pickup if you are in the Chicago or Minneapolis area.

Afinia Products

Afinia Label products are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of their purchase date if products are unopened and in original, factory-new condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping plus a 20% restocking fee. Some conditions apply to be eligible for a refund on some products.

For opened/used printers, warranty repair is available up to one year from date of purchase. If Afinia technical support is able to determine the printer is defective, the printer can be sent back for repair to Afinia headquarters (customer is responsible for shipping one-way).  If repair is not possible, your printer will be replaced with a new or B-stock unit.

VIP Color Products

VIP Color products are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of their purchase date if products are unopened and in original, factory-new condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping plus a 20% restocking fee. Some conditions apply to be eligible for a refund on some products.

For opened/used printers, warranty repair is available up to one year from date of purchase. If VIP technical support is able to determine the printer is defective, the printer can be sent back for repair to VIP headquarters (customer is responsible for shipping one-way).  If repair is not possible, your printer will be replaced with a new or B-stock unit.

Epson Products

Epson ColorWorks products are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date if products are unopened and in original, factory-new condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping plus a 10% restocking fee. Additional conditions may apply to specific items to be eligible for refund. Please contact us for details on specific products to confirm eligibility for return.

 

Other Manufacturers

Products from other manufacturers (not listed above) are eligible for return within 15 days of purchase if products are unopened and in original, factory-new condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping plus a 20% restocking fee. Additional conditions may apply to specific items to be eligible for a refund. Please contact us for details on specific products to confirm eligibility for return.

 

Limitations & Restrictions

Refunds will not be honored and do not apply for any of the above terms for any of the following conditions:

      • Opened products
      • Used products
      • Custom products (labels, configurations, etc)

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
