While some of our customers are highly technical or may have used color inkjet label printers and finishers in the past, many of our customers need a little extra help to become familiar with the usage of our printers and finishers.

When you purchase from Chicago Color Label, our job is not over after you click the BUY button. We want to make sure you are armed with all of the knowledge to make you successful and productive with your new printer or finisher. For this reason, we offer complimentary training sessions on all of the Afinia products we sell.

How does it work?

After you complete your purchase, our team will process your order (same day if received before 3PM CST). Once we have a delivery date for your order, we will schedule a training date for you. Training session format and times vary depending on what product(s) you purchase (see below).

The topics we cover include the very basic (like how to properly load your media), to more technical discussions about navigating your device’s internal settings. We’ll give you real-world explanations and examples of why and how each setting should be used. Our training is done in a down-to-earth way to make it easy for even non-technical customers to understand. While we cover a lot of ground, the training we provide is specifically aimed at getting you the best results your hardware can offer and leaving you feeling empowered and capable.
