Afinia DC350: semi-rotary die cutting for production label finishing

Bring more of your roll-label finishing process in-house with the Afinia DC350. Built for wider 350 mm-web production runs, this offline finisher converts pre-printed, uncut label rolls into slit and rewound rolls ready for application. It is designed for private-label manufacturers, brands, and print shops producing recurring label shapes at higher volumes.

• Flexible steel die cutting: Produce repeatable custom shapes using semi-rotary die cutting and a magnetic cylinder.
• Lamination: Apply self-wound or liner-supported laminate to protect and enhance printed labels.
• Automatic web guidance: Maintain alignment for consistent finishing.
• Waste matrix removal: Strip surrounding material after die cutting.
• Slitting and rewinding: Convert the web to finished rolls for downstream application.
• Production throughput: Run at up to 30 m/min (approximately 100 ft/min), depending on job and materials.
