The Afinia DLF Quattro Digital Label Finisher is a high-productivity, roll-to-roll finishing system built for converters, commercial printers, packaging companies and businesses producing short-run labels.

By eliminating traditional dies, the DLF Quattro makes it faster and more economical to move from a printed roll to professionally finished labels. Four independently controlled linear cutting heads provide precise contour cutting while dramatically improving throughput compared with traditional plotter-based finishing systems.

The DLF Quattro can cut four label lanes synchronously—or up to eight lanes asynchronously—on webs up to 13 inches wide. Its integrated workflow combines accurate web handling, optional lamination, digital die cutting, matrix removal, slitting and rewinding. Automatic variable tensioning helps produce consistently tight, accurate finished rolls that are ready for use or shipment.
